A pastor’s daughter and top 12 Semi-Finalist on American Idol, Heather Cox will sing her heart out and then share an inspirational testimony of a God who proves his faithfulness to us by helping us exhibit grace when facing adversity. It is a faith she believes in that will render His helping hand when we need it the most, and a responsibility in return to bring praise, honor and glory to God in everything we do.
With one test of faith after another during her senior year of high school, Heather Cox never permitted any obstacle to break down the relationship she had long-cherished with the Lord. In November of 2001, she experienced great devastation when she lost her best friend in a fatal car accident. Yet the pain of the experience did not travel alone, and was accompanied by hew own brush with death in a crash only two months prior. Sharing her experiences of the misfortune she faced and the faith she unwaveringly exhibited, she provides inspiration to anyone fortunate enough to hear her message.
In 2005, Heather auditioned for American Idol where she subsequently made her way into the Top 12 Semi-Finalists. Having gained considerable experience and exposure from appearing on national television, she is now in the pursuit of establishing a solo singing career. She is currently recording her debut pop-country album in Nashville with hopes of releasing it to the public within the year.
